Hello!

I just wanted to send out some more information on our end-of-season ASA Divisional meet at Georgia Tech and the Johns Creek Aquatic Team (JCAT).

*Atlanta Swimming Association Divisional meet

-When: Thursday, June 27th 3-6:30pm

-Where: Georgia Tech aquatic center

-What: end-of-season meet against a handful of nearby neighborhoods in our division

-Swimming details: Each kid can swim 2 events of their choice and 2 relays.

-Finals: The top 10 relays, top 40 10&unders, and top 30 11&ups of all divisions combined will qualify for the championship meet on Saturday, June 29th (it is possible to swim Thursday and scratch finals on Saturday if you cannot attend).

If you are interested in swimming at Georgia Tech but are on the fence for any reason, please reach out to me with any questions! I am hoping to have enough swimmers to create a few relays. I know the meet is large and can be hectic- especially for first time participants- but I will do everything in my power to make things run smoothly! I have swum and/or coached at every ASA meet since 2004 :)

When you RSVP on our website, you can pay the $23 entry fee and tell me which two events your child would like to swim. If they are unsure, I can recommend which events I think would be best. https://chartwell.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

*Johns Creek Aquatic Team

Swimmers can try-out for the JCAT team at the ASA Divisional meet. This “all-star” swim team will represent the City of Johns Creek and compete in the Georgia Recreation & Parks Association (GRPA) State Swim Meet on July 19th and July 20th at the Cherokee County Aquatic Center. When you RSVP for the ASA meet online, please comment that your child wants to try out for JCAT.
