Good morning Chartwell Swimmers! 

The ASA Championship meet is quickly approaching and RSVP's for this meet are due this THURSDAY JUNE 13th. Sorry for the quick turnaround time however ASA requires Hannah to have these entries submitted by next week. 

The meet is held at the GA TECH Aquatic Center. It's a really neat experience for the kids. The meet begins at 9:30am and ends roughly around 1pm. The 6 and unders are usually finished in the beginning of the meet. Historically, Chartwell has taken around 30 swimmers to this meet and as many as 100 (when we had a bigger team). Our session begins early on Thursday so we would need to depart from Chartwell at 7am. Our warm ups begin 90minutes prior to the session. I know this is a work day for most parents, however if your child wishes to participate, we can arrange rides with other parents to the meet. 

If you have any general questions about the meet, please come and find me tonight on the pool deck. We would love to take almost a full team to this meet.
