Hey, CHAT Families!

I hope you all had an amazing weekend and are ready to enjoy the last week of school!! I don't know about y'all, but I can't wait until the Mock Meet this week!!

A few reminders for the Mock Meet Wednesday:

*RSVP your swimmer for the Mock Meet by noon tomorrow (Monday 5/19).

*Sign up for a volunteer position when you RSVP your swimmer.  There are several swimmers RSVP'd right now without a parent volunteer.  As a reminder, each family with a swimmer must choose at least one volunteer position at the meet. *If you only have a 6&Under - be sure to choose the first half only :)

*TEAM PHOTO: will be Wednesday at 5PM.  PLEASE be on time!!!!!! Right after the Team Photo, we will mark up the swimmers for their events and check-in volunteers to go over your position. The Mock Meet will promptly begin at 5:30PM. 

*CONCESSIONS: Most of the menu is being donated by Mount Pisgah Church, though we are having to provide drinks, chips and dessert.  Please bring cash or your Venmo account to make a donation of your choosing to the CHAT Swim Team Coaches Fund!

PARKING RAFFLE: We will begin this season's parking raffle at the mock meet at the concession stand. You will be entering for a chance to win a RESERVED PARKING SPOT at the first home meet on Thursday, 5/29. $5 buys one ticket, $20 buys you 5 tickets. 

SHOUT OUTS: We will begin selling Shout Outs this week for $1 each at the concession stand.

We should be able to wrap the Mock Meet by 7:30/8PM.  6 & Under age group should be done by 6:30PM.

Did I mention that you need to sign up to volunteer?  ;)
