The CHAT Swim Team Board is excited to welcome Jennifer Knight join our group of volunteers this year as our Director of Coaching!

As a former year-round swimmer and mentor, Jennifer is excited to spend time poolside along with our coaches and swimmers this summer! In her role, Jennifer will be working closely with our coaches to strengthen practice structure, improve meet preparation and communication, and ensure we’re creating a consistent, impactful season for every swimmer, whether they’re just getting started or have been swimming for many years!
