Dear Chartwell Families,

I highly recommend bringing snacks and things to entertain the kids when they are at Tech for today! They will be sitting in the upper stands this year, but I will do my best to find us spots on the deck!! Also, I want to remind you that the relays are first at Tech. It goes 6&Under free relay then Medlay relays then 6&Under Freestyle then Free relays then 6&Under backstroke. If your child is six and under, please have them stay on the deck! It's going to go quickly! Also, remind your kids that relays are back to back, so if they are in relays, they must STAY ON THE DECK! No swimmer will miss a race. It sounds crazy, but we have an amazing group of parent volunteers and coaches to help us out!

Finally, there is an app called "Meet Mobile". I highly recommend downloading it to give you live results of how your child swam! After downloading the app, search for '2017 ASA Session 4'. That is the name of our meet today. It only costs $1.99 to get the live results which is a bargain! Once you have our meet open, hit the swimmer tab on the bottom of your screen and search for your child (it's in order by last name). Then hit the star next to the child's name. This will allow you to only see how your child did time wise. Danny and I can help you use the app once we get there. REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR CHARTWELL SHIRTS, Bring extra goggles, and BRING EXTRA CAPS! Now let's go race!!!!
