Good Morning CHAT families!

Tomorrow is our 1st swim meet of the season against Horseshoe Bend CC.  The swim facility is located at 2057 Steeplechase Lane Roswell, GA 30076.  This is about a 1/4 mile from the main clubhouse.  When you turn onto Steeplechase Lane, it will come to a "T" and the main clubhouse will be in front of you.  TURN RIGHT and follow the road down the hill to the round-about, take the first exit into the swim parking lot or park along the street.  Adhere to the NO PARKING signs.

Please arrive at 4pm to check in, get marked up and warm up.  BE ON TIME, please.  This is a 5 lane pool and our Bullpen area will be along the side of the pool with the diving board.  Look for our tents.  CHECK-IN with the Volunteer Check-in area regardless of your volunteer position.**HBCC will be using ipads/iphones for timing.  This may be a no paper timing meet, so some volunteer positions may change.  Be patient with us during check-in.  This is new technology being tested at this meet.  

Bring: Chairs for the bullpen area or to watch the swimming.  There will not be enough deck chairs for both teams. Towels, Goggles, cash for concessions (no CC), activity book/waterproof cards to keep kiddos busy, etc.

DO NOT Bring: Coolers.  HBCC does not allow outside food or beverages.  There is a cash bar and concessions stand.  I will attach the menus for both.

The adult pool, water playground, etc will be closed during the meet.  Please discuss this with your swimmer, asking them to STAY in the bullpen area.
